ABOUT THE IMAGE:  Taken from the 1942, Bob Clampett-directed classic, “Birdy and The Beast,” the image of Tweety shown here was how he first appeared before Warner Brothers insisted he be “clothed”.  Bob Clampett, who created Tweety, provided the solution deciding to line the little canary with yellow feathers.  “Birdy and The Beast” is a hand-painted cel and background, produced by Bob Clampett Animation Art.
