Pete Puma
Pete Puma is a slow-witted, dim-witted puma and a recurring character in Looney Tunes. He was introduced in the 1952 short film "Rabbit's Kin," in which he tried to capture Bugs Bunny's nephew for dinner. Pete is known for his distinctive voice, which is characterized by a slow, drawling tone and a distinctive lisp. He is often portrayed as a bumbling and inept predator, who is more likely to harm himself than his intended prey. Throughout the series, Pete had many misadventures, often finding himself in ridiculous and comical situations. He was frequently outsmarted by his prey, including Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, and other classic Warner Bros. cartoon characters.
Despite his foolishness, Pete remained a memorable character in the world of animation, known for his distinctive voice and his comical antics. He made occasional appearances in later Looney Tunes productions, including the television series The Sylvester and Tweety Mysteries and the film Space Jam.
